Refund & Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will provide you with a full refund. However, to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in resalable condition (unless the product is defective) with the packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@glotek.co.za with the subject line "Returns" and include your order number, name, and reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on where to send the returned goods. We recommend that customers get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid any "lost package" situations.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of the refund status. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Not What You Ordered

If you receive the wrong product or the product is not as described on our website, please let us know at admin@glotek.co.za, and we will collect the product from you at no charge.

We will then deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible if it is available, or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within ten days of the return, or refund you if you prefer.

Products Damaged on Delivery

If your product is damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within seven days of delivery by emailing us at admin@glotek.co.za. We will collect the product from you at no charge and inspect it. If the product is repairable or we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement, we will repair or replace the product as soon as possible. Alternatively, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product or refund you if you prefer.

Defective Products

We strive to deliver products that are of high quality, in good working order, and without defects. However, some issues will not be considered defects and will not entitle you to a return. These include faults resulting from normal wear and tear, damage arising from negligence, user abuse, incorrect usage of the product, electrical surges or sea air corrosion, a failure to adequately care for the product, or unauthorized alterations to the product.
