How do I get in contact with the support team?
Please email us at admin@glotek.co.za and we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible. Please note our support team is no available on weekends.
I ordered same-day delivery on the weekend - will it be delivered on Saturday or Sunday?
We only delivery during the week using third party carriers: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm).
I ordered same-day delivery after 10:00 - when will I get my order?
Orders are 10:00 on same-day delivery will take 1 business day. As an example, if your order was placed at 12:00 on Monday, delivery will take place on Wednesday.
In which cities can I get same-day delivery?
At the moment we only offer same-day delivery in Cape Town. Should this change we will send out a newsletter. Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page or follow our Instagram page (globalteknikza) to keep up to date.
How do I track my order?
When you place an order we will send you a tracking number and the third party courier that your shipment has been shipped with. You can then visit the couriers website and track the shipment there.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit cards, EFT, Mobicred, Zapper & Payflex.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No you do not - you are able to checkout as a guest. However, creating an account has other convenient benefits like saving your address for future orders.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
Express: 1-2 business days
Overnight: order before 10am and delivery will be the next date by 17:00 (Major metropoles only)
Same Day (Cape Town Only): Delivery by 17:00. Please note the cutoff time is 10am.
